The Seven Give-N-Take is a premium coaching product that is a must-have in your gym and training program. Made of synthetic leather it features a curved strike zone. A handle on the inside for a secure hold. Dense molded foam over the hand and knuckles add comfort and protection. An adjustable hook/loop strap over the wrist for a secure fit.

Durability seems to be an issue, December 16, 2012

I love the way Seven Gear looks and one of our fighters uses all Seven Fight Gear at our gym, so I wanted to try something out from their site. I was very excited to receive these pads. They were new and unique and I couldn't wait to use them at the gym. Initially I was very happy with them. I used them for about a week and everything was good...with punches, I was using these pads with one of the professional fighters at our gym. He kicks very hard, but he wasn't putting full force into these pads. After a few kicks the handle on the inside of one of the pads ripped off. I was very disappointed. I'm awaiting a replacement pair and if I get them then I will sing the praises of their customer service, for now the durability is questionable.

Nice but more colours needed, November 05, 2012

This is an awesome improvement over regular focus mitts. My only caveat with this and all of the seven gear is I HATE white gear because it dirties and is eventually permanently dirty.

Training With a New Dimension, October 11, 2012

I was hesitant to see how efficient these mitts would actually be in training when I ordered them. However, I soon found that they would be a vital part of our training program. The ability for the holder to strike back really gives training a whole new dimension. Not only is the product useful, it is just fun to use, and it gives a kick to worn out routines. The Seven Give-N-Take mitts are an excellent product and are now an essential part of our team's training.
