This traditional Red Oak Suburito Sword is training weapon modeled after those used in ancient Japan culture like the Bokken. Traditionally only used in single practice, the suburito is deliberately made heavy, so that the user has to exercise greater levels of strength to wield it properly. It builds upper-body strength and coordination and is made of sturdy red oak. If the bokken isn't giving you the work-out you need, or if you want to work on swordplay and strength at the same time, then try a Suburito Sword.
It measures 45" long and weighs 2.6 pounds.
