Where is your gear manufactured?

Macho's product line is extremely diverse. Products come from China, Korea, Pakistan, United States and other countries. All our products are clearly marked with the country of origin. Macho prides itself on designing and manufacturing the highest quality products. We carefully monitor and review all our products from the source to delivery. Macho meets or exceeds standards for quality and safety. We test in accordance with the Consumer Products Safety Information Act (CPSIA) and many of our products are CE certified for international distribution.

Who do I contact about my ideas for new product development?
You can get in touch with our corporate office at the mailing address listed above. While we'd like to review every request we receive, we are unable to respond to each individually. If we are interested in pursuing the opportunity you present, we'll be in touch with you directly.
We are unable to accept or review proposals suggesting a new product or advertising campaign that have not been copyrighted or patent-pending. At Macho Products, Inc., we work constantly to develop new product ideas and marketing strategies in a wide variety of areas. We do this to enhance and improve existing products, as well as to develop new merchandise for our customers. You may also be aware that we have an in-house design staff dedicated to the development, design and marketing of our products. While we appreciate your interest in Macho Products, Inc., we do not accept unsolicited ideas or business proposals from outside people or business entities.

While Macho Martial Arts does its best to support martial artists, it is very difficult to sponsor every person who requests it. We take many factors into consideration, including the level of experience and special circumstances surrounding the request. Please email sales@macho.com with detailed information and we will get back to you within 5 business days.

How do I get information about Macho Products, Inc. sponsoring me/my organization/my event?
All sponsorship proposals must be submitted in writing or through our online sponsorship form in the Contact Us section. Generally we limit sponsorships to active customers. With the volume of requests, we are unable to support every event. We do our best to be fair.

Is my Credit Card information secure if I order online?
Yes! We use the highest level of security available through VeriSign Payment Services, the industry standard in secure credit card processing. We never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. How soon will I get my order?
We usually have all items in inventory. If you order by noon, your order will go out that day. If it is after noon, it will be shipped the following business day.

What happens after I place an order?
Shortly after your order is placed on the web site, you will receive an automated e-mail verification which will contain a detailed explanation of your order. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed with macho.com. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to our shipping warehouse to be processed internally. You will receive subsequent email(s) once your order is shipped or if any problems arise with your order.

What if I do not receive an order confirmation via email?
You will receive an order confirmation message via email shortly after macho.com receives your order. If you do not receive this message within four hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us at 1.800.327.6812 to ensure that your order is being processed.

Can I change the delivery address?
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. To request a change to your order's delivery address, contact us at 1.800.327.6812 to expedite the process.

When will my order arrive?
When placing your order, you will be asked to request a shipping method. The shipping method you select will have a direct correlation to how long it will take for your items to arrive. To check the status of an order, you can access your personal account information at www.macho.com 24 hours a day.

When will my credit card be charged?
Credit cards are charged as the order ships, unless it is a custom order or an approved prepaid backorder.

What was the total charged to my credit card?
When you place your order online, you are presented with the price of the merchandise and shipping costs as well as any applicable sales tax if your order is being delivered in Florida. Immediately following receipt of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation via email. This email will include an itemized list of the charges. Any discounts or gift certificates that may have been applied will be reflected in the email you receive.

Why isn't your site working with my browser?

Why is my basket empty?
If the products you select are not showing up in your basket, one of two things is probably happening. You may not be fully adding the product to your basket or your browser may not be set up to work properly with the basket. [See the previous question.]
First, when you select a product, make sure you click on the "Add To Cart" button. This should add that product to your cart. (You can confirm this by clicking on the "My Shopping Cart" link which is in the top navigation bar. )
If your product is showing in your shopping cart but you are having difficulty with the "Checkout" process, your browser could be set up with "JavaScript" or "Cookies" may be disabled. This site uses JavaScript and Cookies for data validation only, so there is no security risk in enabling either of them. How much do you charge for shipping?
As an added incentive to buying Macho Products direct, our shipping costs follow this simple guideline. In a majority of instances this is less than the actual cost and makes it easier for you to know how much to add on for shipping.
