Standalone Heavy Bag Holder


Sometimes hanging a heavy bag from a ceiling joist simply isn't an option. For those occasions this affordable and high quality stand is the perfect solution.

Constructed out of durable, powder-coated steel tubing. The bottom of the unit contains three strategically placed weight pegs, upon which users can place as much or as little weight as needed in order to reduce slipping and shaking during training (free weights not included). The high test steel pieces are easy to assemble and can handle up to 100lbs. Dimensions of the unit: Footprint: 69"L x 48.25"W x 84.13" tall.
